Couples Therapy
All our stuff comes up in long-term relationships. Am I right? The wounds that our partners mirror back to us can be sources of disconnection and pain when we don’t know what to do with them. Working with me, you’ll turn those friction points into portals for growth together.
I am a Sex & Relationships Therapist with 8+ years experience who’s passionate about helping couples to create connected, authentic, and sexually fulfilling relationships.
I can help you navigate:
Difficulty expressing needs, desires, or boundaries
Repetitive arguments or communication breakdowns
Feeling emotionally disconnected or “like flatmates”
Rebuilding trust after conflict or betrayal
Feeling unseen, unloved, or unappreciated
Rekindling attraction and erotic energy after having children or a major life transition
Mismatched libido or desire differences
Difficulty initiating or responding to sexual advances
Exploring new desires or fantasies safely (including kinks and fetishes)
Overcoming cultural or religious conditioning around sex
Navigating boredom or routine in the sexual relationship
Integrating play, adventure, and novelty into intimacy
Navigating jealousy, possessiveness, or polyamory/open relationships
Working through trauma that impacts intimacy or trust
Developing a shared erotic language and vision
Conscious relationship (moving from reactive to intentional love)
And more.
Relationships are at the heart of life’s most meaningful experiences - both deeply rewarding and at times, deeply challenging. I’ll work alongside you with empathy, clarity, and practical tools to help them thrive.
I work with people in monogamous, open and polyamorous relationships. My work is LGBTQ+ and kink affirming. Many of my clients are neurodivergent.
My approach is collaborative, clear, playful and practical, using both somatic (body-based), talk-based and experiential tools to help you grow in the right direction.
It’s your job to take what we explore during our sessions and practice it. I say “practice” deliberately, because you won’t always get it right. But the more effort you put in, the more you’ll get out of our work together.
Therapy isn’t like hiring someone to fix a problem for you - you can’t just hand it over to me and expect me to fix it. Think of it more like learning to dance: I can show you the steps and guide you, but the movement and rhythm come from you.
