Individual Therapy
I’m a Sex & Relationships Therapist with over eight years of experience supporting people to move beyond sexual shame, guilt, and disconnection - toward a more empowered, embodied, and joyful relationship with their erotic selves. I help clients navigate dating and intimacy with authenticity, clarity, and confidence, so they can create relationships that feel both nourishing and real.
I predominantly work with women and vulva-havers in my individual sessions, supporting them to deepen their connection with self, body, and desire. I also work with men who want to approach dating and intimacy with more intention, awareness, and skill.
I can help you navigate:
Learning to express needs, boundaries, and desires clearly
Understanding personal patterns in love, attraction, or conflict
Learning to date with discernment, confidence, and authenticity
Navigating dating anxiety or fear of rejection
Healing from heartbreak, betrayal, or divorce
Learning how to build healthy, secure connections
Reconnecting with sexual energy after stress, trauma, or a breakup
Feeling disconnected from pleasure or body
Overcoming shame or guilt around sexuality
Exploring authentic desires, fantasies, or sexual orientation
Working through sexual trauma, religious conditioning, or body shame
Reframing beliefs about sex, love, or worthiness
Healing from sexual pain or performance anxiety
Learning to embody confidence, presence, and authenticity
Learning mindful, embodied approaches to pleasure
Sacred sexuality
Cultivating aliveness, curiosity, and playfulness in intimacy
Deepening self-love and confidence outside of partnership
My work is LGBTQ+, kink-affirming, and supportive of consensual non-monogamy. I work with many neurodivergent clients and take a collaborative, practical, and playful approach. I combine somatic (body-based), talk-based, and experiential tools to help you explore, grow, and move in the direction you want.
It’s your job to take what we explore during our sessions and practice it. I say “practice” deliberately, because you won’t always get it right. But the more effort you put in, the more you’ll get out of our work together.
Therapy isn’t like hiring someone to fix a problem for you - you can’t just hand it over to me and expect me to fix it. Think of it more like learning to dance: I can show you the steps and guide you, but the movement and rhythm come from you.
