Making an appointment
Send me an email sharing a bit about what you’re experiencing.
From there, we will connect over a short consultation call to assess whether we are the right fit to work together. If we’re not the right match, I will give you options of other practitioners to check out.
Inquiring as a Couple?
If you’re seeking my support with a relationship issue I strongly recommend that you attend sessions together. It’s important to do the work together. It’s common to be hesitant about starting therapy. I am happy to speak to you each over a consultation call to understand what you might each need to get started on the journey.
Online sessions (New Zealand-wide and abroad)
I run my sessions using Zoom, a video-conferencing platform.
If you’re not familiar with Zoom, I’ll give you everything you need to know before our first session.
My hours
I offer sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
My first appointment is normally 9am, and my last is usually 4:30pm. Sometimes I have flexibility.
Session length
My individual sessions are usually one hour long.
My couples sessions are 1.5 hours long, to offer enough spaciousness to explore relationship challenges and desires.
Resources
Between sessions I will give you guided practices (audio and written) and other resources to support you learning and growth.
Fees
Email me for my current prices.
Ending Sessions
Ending therapy is in your hands, ideally when you’ve accomplished the goals we outlined together at the start of our journey.
