Hey, over giver.

I get it.

You’ve become a master at offering your time, attention, affection & body to others.

You’ve been telling yourself you’re just an empathetic & generous person, who’s more capable of giving & doing than others.

This high ground offers you a sense of power sometimes.

Which hides some of the resentment you’re carrying.

You’re just a little bit pissed off all the time.

Which makes sense. Your battery is empty & you’re going unseen.

If you’re honest with yourself, you’re yearning to be loved for the parts of yourself that have absolutely nothing to do with what you give.

I know. It’s scary.

You’re not sure you know yourself (or your worth) without this.

Will your relationships function if you were to just… stop?

Will you be liked/loved if you were to just… stop?

Over-giver, here’s my desire for you…

stop waiting for the pay-off of your sacrifice.

It’s time to show up for yourself.
